We foster a collaborative, inclusive environment where your ideas are valued, your contributions make a real difference, and your career can thrive as you help build world-class products that power the future of transportation. ### Job Function / Responsibilities Lead EV and hybrid driveline design and performance modeling for heavy-duty vehicles. Own system-level driveline design decisions and provide technical direction for implementation activities across vehicle configuration and performance modelling solutions. Provide technical leadership to implementation engineers through design reviews, solution guidance, and validation of engineering deliverables. Define modelling approaches, engineering methodologies, and technical standards to ensure consistency and quality across vehicle configuration solutions. Perform vehicle performance analysis and simulations to evaluate design feasibility, compliance, customer requirements, and support engineering decision-making. Define and maintain calculation logic supporting vehicle configuration and performance assessments. Influence design and product decisions through analysis, recommendations, and stakeholder collaboration. Work closely with Engineering, Testing, Quality, Sales, and Product teams to drive successful outcomes. Lead validation activities and ensure solutions meet quality and functional expectations. Review vehicle performance data and identify opportunities for improvement. Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and engineering practices. Maintain technical documentation and design records. Support Sales and Product teams by translating technical requirements into customer-focused vehicle solutions. ### Qualification Master’s or Bachelor’s degrees in automotive engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field Required Skills: Technical / Professional Experience Requirements: 6 to 10 Years Domain: Heavy-Duty Vehicle Systems Vehicle Layout and Packaging Driveline and Powertrain systems Chassis and Superstructure Design Regulatory Compliance Primary Skill: Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and system design; MATLAB/Simulink; Dynamic and Static System Modeling; Vehicle Performance Analysis; Heavy-Duty Vehicle Systems; Requirements Management; Verification and Validation; Test Case Design and Analysis; System Modeling and Simulation. ### Secondary Skills Control Algorithm Fundamentals; TCO Analysis;Engineering Lifecycle Management; Performance Reporting; Technical Documentation. ### COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIORS: Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Ability to evaluate complex system interactions and engineering trade-offs. Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
