As an Intern within Group Transformation, Digital, and Corporate Services, you'll have the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade AI initiatives that enhance the way Legal and Compliance teams operate. You'll develop valuable technical, creative, and stakeholder engagement skills while contributing to digital solutions that create meaningful business impact. How You Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to be curious, innovative, and eager to learn. You'll work closely with technology and business stakeholders to develop AI-powered solutions, enhance user experiences, and support digital transformation initiatives. Your ability to combine technical expertise with creativity, problem-solving, and effective communication will be key to delivering impactful outcomes and driving adoption of new technologies. What You Do Your responsibilities will include: AI Solution Development: support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI initiatives within Group Legal & Compliance Application Development: assist in building, testing, and enhancing AI-enabled applications and digital solutions that improve business processes and user experiences User Experience Design: support UI/UX design activities to create intuitive, user-centric solutions that drive engagement and adoption Digital Content Creation: develop visual and multimedia content to support project communications, awareness campaigns, and change management initiatives Data & Technology Research: research emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and innovation opportunities to support ongoing transformation initiatives Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business, technology, and compliance stakeholders to gather requirements, support implementation, and ensure successful project outcomes Project Communications: assist in developing presentations, reports, videos, and visual storytelling materials to communicate project objectives, progress, and impact Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on digital transformation, innovation, and business improvement initiatives as assigned Who You Work With Group Legal and Compliance plays a critical role in supporting the bank's business growth while maintaining strong governance and regulatory standards. Within the Group Transformation, Digital, and Corporate Services team, you'll work alongside professionals who are driving digital innovation, AI adoption, and process transformation across the function. You'll gain valuable exposure to how technology, design, and business expertise come together to solve complex challenges and create value for the organisation. ### Who You Are Open to learning and feedback - Strong interest in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and emerging technologies - Familiarity with AI technologies, Python programming, and application development - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Creative thinker with an interest in UI/UX design and digital experience development Skilled in presentation design, visual storytelling, and content creation Experience in video production, multimedia development, or digital communications would be advantageous - Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across functions Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with: Hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade AI solutions Exposure to real-world AI use cases within a legal, compliance, and corporate services environment Opportunities to develop technical skills in AI technologies, Python programming, and solution development Practical experience in UI/UX design, digital communications, and content creation Exposure to stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and change management activities Opportunities to strengthen presentation, storytelling, and communication skills for business audiences Insights into how AI and digital technologies are transforming business functions within a leading financial institution Experience contributing to innovation initiatives that drive operational efficiency, user experience improvements, and business value creation across the organisation What we offer: Competitive base salary.
