Why Join Play a key role in shaping the future of OCBC's consumer banking business. As a Strategy & Execution Intern, you'll gain firsthand exposure to strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and business decision-making within Global Consumer Financial Services (GCFS). You'll have the opportunity to develop your analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills while contributing to initiatives that drive the bank's long-term growth and 2030 strategic ambitions. How You Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to be intellectually curious, driven, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. You'll work alongside experienced business and finance professionals to analyse market trends, support strategic initiatives, and coordinate projects across multiple business units and regional markets. Your ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and manage competing priorities will be essential in helping the team deliver impactful outcomes. What You Do Your responsibilities will include: Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market research on key competitors across local and regional markets. Support strategic planning activities and initiatives aligned to the bank's long-term growth and 2030 strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders across GCFS business units and regional markets to gather insights and support business initiatives. Coordinate project activities, track deliverables, and consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders to support successful execution. Perform financial and business analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives, market opportunities, and competitive positioning. Prepare presentations, reports, and materials to support management discussions and decision-making. Assist with ad-hoc strategic, transformation, and business management projects as assigned. Who You Work With CFS Finance plays a critical role in driving strategic direction and business performance across Global Consumer Financial Services. You'll work closely with finance, business, and strategy teams, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional projects that shape the future of consumer banking. As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you'll contribute to meaningful initiatives while building valuable skills for your future career. ### Who You Are Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in business strategy and transformation. Analytical and comfortable working with data to derive insights and support decision-making. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well across teams. Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is advantageous, particularly in preparing presentations and analysing data. Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
