As an intern in the Transformation team, you’ll work on cutting-edge AI initiatives that enhance efficiency, decision-making, and risk management. By collaborating with stakeholders and applying strong programming fundamentals, you’ll contribute meaningfully to impactful transformation initiatives. What You Do Your responsibilities will include: AI Solution Development: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI initiatives within the Group Legal & Compliance Transformation team Application & Prototyping: Support the development of enterprise-grade AI applications and prototypes to improve workflows and processes Technical Collaboration: Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Testing & Optimisation: Support testing, debugging, and optimisation of AI models and applications Documentation: Document technical designs, processes, and learnings to support scalability and knowledge sharing Ad-hoc Support: Contribute to other transformation and digitalisation initiatives as required Who You Work With You’ll work closely with the Transformation, Digital and Corporate Services team within Group Legal & Compliance, collaborating with legal, compliance, and technology stakeholders. This exposure will give you insight into how digital transformation and AI are applied within governance and regulatory functions. ### Who You Are Passionate about AI, technology, and digital transformation Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Comfortable working with programming and technical concepts Proactive, self-driven, and open to learning Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with: Hands-on experience in AI technical development within an enterprise setting Exposure to building and deploying AI-driven solutions for real business use cases Opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in transformation projects Insight into how AI can be applied within legal and compliance functions What we offer: Competitive base salary.
