As an Intern within the Conglomerates, Food & Agriculture team, you'll gain valuable exposure to corporate banking, industry analysis, and client relationship management. You'll have the opportunity to apply your analytical and research skills while working alongside experienced bankers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. How You Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to be curious, organised, and eager to learn. You'll work closely with team members to support research, business analysis, and client-related activities. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate with stakeholders will help you contribute meaningfully while developing valuable professional and technical skills. What You Do Your responsibilities will include: Research & Analysis: conduct industry, market, and company research to support client coverage activities and business development opportunities Business Insights: analyse information and prepare summaries to support strategic discussions and decision-making Presentation Support: assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, business proposals, and management materials Stakeholder Coordination: collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate deliverables, and support ongoing initiatives Portfolio Support: assist with sector reviews, tracking market developments, and monitoring relevant industry trends Project Management: support team projects and assignments while managing timelines and prioritising deliverables effectively Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other business, research, and administrative activities as assigned Who You Work With Global Corporate Banking partners large corporates, regional champions, and multinational companies with financing, advisory, and banking solutions that support their growth and transformation. Within the Conglomerates, Food & Agriculture team, you'll work alongside experienced bankers who manage relationships with clients across diverse industries and markets. You'll gain valuable insights into corporate banking, industry coverage, and the role banks play in supporting businesses across the region. ### Who You Are Open to learning and feedback - Strong research and analytical skills Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Strong practical knowledge of PowerPoint and intermediate to advanced Excel skills would be advantageous Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with: Practical experience applying research and analytical skills within a corporate banking environment Exposure to the conglomerates, food, and agriculture sectors and the business trends shaping these industries Opportunities to develop presentation, reporting, and business communication skills Hands-on experience managing priorities and developing effective time management skills Exposure to stakeholder engagement and relationship management in a professional setting Insights into corporate banking, client coverage, and business development activities Opportunities to strengthen problem-solving, teamwork, and professional collaboration skills within a leading financial institution What we offer: Competitive base salary.
