As an EB Industries Intern, you'll work closely with business units to support reporting, credit-related activities, and business initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to develop your analytical, communication, and organisational skills while gaining a holistic understanding of client management, credit processes, and banking operations.

How You Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. You'll collaborate with different teams within the department to support reporting, research, and project initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and work well with stakeholders will help you deliver quality outcomes and gain meaningful insights into commercial banking.

What You Do Your responsibilities will include: Business Reporting: assist business units in preparing management reports and dashboards, including monthly performance updates, league tables, and sustainability reporting Research & Analysis: support the preparation of credit review and credit proposal appendices through corporate background searches, industry research, and market analysis Credit

Support: assist with gathering and organising information required for credit-related assessments and reviews Project Participation: support and participate in business unit projects, contributing research, analysis, and coordination where required Data Management: consolidate information and maintain records to support reporting and business planning activities Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on departmental initiatives and assignments as required

Who You Work With Global Commercial Banking partners businesses across a wide range of industries, helping them achieve their growth ambitions through tailored banking solutions and advisory support.

Within the EB Industries team, you'll work closely with Relationship Managers and business stakeholders, gaining insights into client relationship management, credit processes, customer servicing, and product solutions. You'll be part of a collaborative team that is committed to delivering value to clients while supporting their long-term success.

### Who You Are

- Strong analytical and organisational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Interested in banking, relationship management, and credit analysis Prior experience in banking, finance, relationship management, or credit would be advantageous Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with: A comprehensive overview of a Relationship Manager's role across operations, servicing, credit, customer management, and product solutions Exposure to commercial banking processes and client relationship management Hands-on experience in business reporting, research, and credit support activities Opportunities to develop analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Experience working with stakeholders across different business units Exposure to professional communication and collaboration in a banking environment Practical experience balancing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic workplace What we offer: Competitive base salary.
