Banca Management Why Join As a Banca Manager at OCBC, you'll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with our high net worth clients, understanding their complex financial needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. How you succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to take a holistic approach to understanding our clients' needs, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to provide bespoke solutions. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements, using this insight to inform your advice and guidance. What you do - Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, building and maintaining relationships through regular meetings and communication - Conduct financial needs analysis and provide tailored solutions, including investment, insurance, and wealth management products - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment specialists and wealth planners, to provide comprehensive advice and guidance - Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements, using this insight to inform your advice and guidance - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, growing your portfolio and contributing to the team's revenue targets Who you are - A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a private banking or wealth management environment - Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and services, including investment, insurance, and wealth management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide bespoke solutions to complex financial needs - A professional certification, such as CFP or CFA, is desirable Who ### We Are How?
