As a Sales Support Intern, you'll have the opportunity to leverage technology and data to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and support business transformation initiatives. How You Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to be curious, analytical, and technology-savvy. You'll work closely with the team to streamline workflows, develop reporting tools, and support system enhancement initiatives. Your ability to identify improvement opportunities, analyse information, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders will help drive impactful solutions and support the team's objectives. What You Do Your responsibilities will include: Process Automation: support the automation of workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and controls Dashboard Development: assist in developing, enhancing, and maintaining reporting dashboards to provide meaningful business insights and performance tracking User Acceptance Testing (UAT): support testing activities for system enhancements and new solutions, ensuring requirements are met and issues are identified and resolved Business Improvement Initiatives: assist in projects related to system migrations, process reviews, and operational improvement initiatives Data Analysis & Reporting: support the preparation and analysis of reports to facilitate informed business decision-making Technology & Innovation: explore opportunities to leverage digital tools and technologies to enhance existing processes and workflows Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other projects and assignments as required Who You Work With Global Transaction Banking supports clients through a comprehensive suite of transaction banking solutions across markets and industries. Within the Global Financial Institutions team, you'll work alongside business and support professionals who are focused on delivering efficient processes, enhancing operational capabilities, and driving continuous improvement. You'll gain valuable exposure to the systems, processes, and technologies that support client servicing and business operations within a leading financial institution. ### Who You Are Open to learning and feedback - Strong interest in data analytics, process improvement, and technology Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar digital solutions would be advantageous Comfortable working with data and identifying opportunities for process enhancement Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with: Hands-on experience using analytics and automation tools to solve business challenges Exposure to reporting dashboard development and data visualisation techniques Understanding of operational support processes within the Global Financial Institutions segment Opportunities to develop skills in process automation, testing, and business analysis Experience supporting system migration and process improvement initiatives Exposure to stakeholder engagement and project collaboration within a banking environment Insights into how technology and data are transforming banking operations and client servicing What we offer: Competitive base salary.
