Your Opportunity Starts Here. ### Loan Documentation Specialist Job Responsibilities Handle credit administration tasks and process legal loan documentation to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with solicitors, business teams, internal legal counsel, and credit risk management to prepare and finalize security documents. Ensure all tasks comply with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements, meeting deadlines and verifying that all Conditions Precedent are fulfilled before disbursement. Preference for candidates familiar with documentation processes for commercial and corporate clients. Degree in banking, management, accounting, law, or a related field.
