As a Cash Product Intern, you'll gain valuable exposure to cash management products and services that support corporate clients' day-to-day banking needs. You'll have the opportunity to develop your analytical, research, and stakeholder management skills while contributing to product initiatives that enhance client experience and business outcomes. How You Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to be curious, proactive, and eager to learn. You'll work closely with Product Managers to support product initiatives, analyse market developments, and contribute to projects that drive innovation and continuous improvement. Your ability to analyse information, communicate effectively, and collaborate with stakeholders will be key to delivering meaningful insights and supporting successful product outcomes. What You Do Your responsibilities will include: Management Reporting: assist in the preparation and analysis of management information reports to support product performance monitoring and decision-making Market Research & Competitor Analysis: conduct research on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' product offerings to identify opportunities and insights Product Management Support: support Product Managers in the execution of product initiatives, enhancement projects, and strategic priorities Stakeholder Coordination: work with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and other functions to support product-related activities and deliverables User Acceptance Testing: participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements and product improvements to ensure solutions meet business requirements Project Support: assist in the planning, tracking, and implementation of product and process improvement initiatives Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other assignments and projects as required Who You Work With Global Transaction Banking delivers innovative cash management, payments, collections, liquidity management, and trade finance solutions to support businesses across different industries and markets. As part of the Cash Product team, you'll work alongside Product Managers and business stakeholders who are responsible for developing and enhancing solutions that help clients manage their working capital and banking needs efficiently. You'll gain valuable exposure to product management, market analysis, and the evolving transaction banking landscape. ### Who You Are Open to learning and feedback - Strong sense of curiosity and interest in banking products and financial services Analytical and detail-oriented Good communication and interpersonal skills Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Proactive and willing to take initiative - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with: A deeper understanding of transaction banking products and services for corporate clients Hands-on experience supporting cash product management and enhancement initiatives Exposure to market research, competitor benchmarking, and business analysis Opportunities to develop analytical, reporting, and presentation skills Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions within the bank Exposure to product development processes, project management, and system enhancement initiatives Practical experience participating in user acceptance testing and product implementation activities What we offer: Competitive base salary.
