PPC Client Advisor Why Join As a PPC Client Advisor at OCBC, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers by helping them achieve their financial goals. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions, building long-term relationships and driving business growth. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to take a customer-centric approach, understanding the needs and desires of our clients and matching them with our products and services. You'll need to be proactive, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing exceptional service to build trust and loyalty. What you do - Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining relationships to drive business growth - Conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities to provide personalized solutions - Present and promote our products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and features - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide seamless service and resolve client issues - Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Who you are - A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or finance - At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients - Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple clients Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
