What you do - Promote and solicit new Serial Keyman / other business to achieve KPIs. - Manage and grow existing portfolio to achieve KPIs - Implement business strategies to cultivate and expand Serial accounts - Exercise prudent credit assessment - Independently manage the full spectrum of credit process, including preparing credit application report for credit approval, post disbursement credit monitoring, credit review etc. - Liaise with various internal / external stakeholders to pitch and close cross sells in various aspects, including Transaction Banking, Sustainable Finance, Global Markets, etc. - Other tasks assigned by supervisor ​ Who you are - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines - Minimum 8 years solid experience in banking industry, experience in corporate/ SME banking is preferred - Sound knowledge on SME lending - Strong sales driven and result-oriented - Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua - Possess qualifications of ECF-CRM would be an advantage What we offer: Competitive base salary.
