Your Opportunity Starts Here. ### Purpose of the role This position involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service. He/she will assist in managing branch sales & operation staff performance and fostering a positive work environment. He/she also requires effective communication and collaboration with various departments to achieve branch goals and enhance operational efficiency. ### What you will be doing Co-ordinate with Branch Manager to collaborate branch sales and operation teams - Oversee in-branch counter operation efficiency, operation control and quality, ensure overall branch premises is in good order for daily operations - Ensure full compliance to laid down branch operation procedure and process - Manage branch audit review and in-branch control checking - Resolve branch counter related compliant & provide in-branch operation briefing - Guide and coach branch operation staff on need-based sales referrals - Oversee sales operations to ensure full compliance and mitigate risks - Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and internal operational procedures related to wealth management sales. - Collaborate with Risk Stewards to address findings and reinforcement Who are we looking for: Minimum 7 years’ relevant branch operation experience Diploma or above - Solid people management skill Good communication and interpersonal skills - Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure - Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations #LI-SL1 What we offer: Competitive base salary.
