As a Digital Marketing & Martech Intern, you'll be part of a dynamic team that leverages marketing technology, analytics, and personalization tools to optimize digital experiences and drive marketing effectiveness. You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to leading martech platforms, digital analytics, SEO, and personalization initiatives while developing valuable skills in marketing technology, data analysis, and customer engagement. How You Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to be curious, analytical, and comfortable working with digital platforms and data. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, technology, and business teams to support digital marketing initiatives and enhance customer experiences through technology-enabled solutions. Your ability to learn new tools quickly, interpret data, and manage multiple priorities will be key to supporting impactful marketing initiatives and driving meaningful business outcomes. What You Do Your responsibilities will include: Marketing Analytics & Reporting: assist in maintaining and enhancing Adobe dashboards to support campaign performance tracking and business reporting Digital Insights: generate reports and analyse marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations SEO Optimisation: support search engine optimisation initiatives through operational activities that improve digital visibility and customer reach Martech Platform Support: gain hands-on experience supporting the implementation and utilisation of marketing technology tools and platforms Personalisation Initiatives: assist with Adobe Target deployment activities and support customer personalisation programmes across digital channels Teamsite Management: manage ad-hoc team site requests, content updates, and maintenance activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date information Stakeholder Collaboration: work closely with marketing, technology, and business stakeholders to support digital marketing projects and initiatives Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on digital marketing, customer engagement, martech, and analytics-related projects as assigned Who You Work With Global Consumer Financial Services helps individuals and businesses achieve their financial aspirations through innovative banking and digital solutions. Within Marketing, the Digital Marketing & Martech team drives the use of technology, data, and analytics to create personalised customer experiences and maximise the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. You'll work alongside digital marketers, martech specialists, data analysts, and technology partners, gaining valuable exposure to how marketing technology and analytics are used to engage customers and support business growth in a leading financial institution. ### Who You Are Open to learning and feedback - Strong sense of curiosity and interest in digital marketing and technology Analytical and comfortable working with data and performance metrics Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative Comfortable learning and working with digital platforms and marketing technologies Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics is preferred Interested in marketing technology, data analytics, SEO, and customer experience optimisation Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with: Exposure to marketing technology platforms and the martech ecosystem within a leading financial institution Hands-on experience working with digital analytics and reporting tools, including Adobe dashboards Opportunities to develop skills in marketing performance reporting and marketing analysis Exposure to SEO optimisation techniques and digital marketing best practices Practical experience supporting customer personalisation initiatives through Adobe Target and related platforms Opportunities to collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, technology, and business functions Experience working with digital platforms and understanding how data supports customer engagement strategies Enhanced analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills through participation in real business initiatives What we offer: Competitive base salary.
