Destek Operasyonları organizasyonumuz bünyesinde görev alacak bir Destek Operasyonları Sorumlusu arıyoruz. Temel Sorumluluklar Bölgenin aylık kesilecek faturalarının takibini yapmak ve otomatik / otomatik olmayan sözleşmelere ait bilgilerin finans birimine zamanında iletilmesini sağlamak Satış ekiplerinden, yeni kazanım, geri kazanım ve devralma kapsamında gelen ünitelere ait sözleşme bilgilerinin SMS programındaki girişlerini kontrol etmek ve tüm SMS süreçlerinin (askıya alma, iptal vb.) baştan sona takibini gerçekleştirmek Müşterilerden gelen iptal ve iade faturalarını takip ederek, prosedürlere uygun şekilde finans/muhasebe birimlerine zamanında kaydedilmesini sağlamak Fiyat güncelleme dönemlerinde müşterilere standart formdaki fiyat artış mektuplarını göndermek ve süreci proaktif olarak takip etmek Destek Operasyonları bünyesindeki servis destek birimi ile koordineli çalışmak, iyileştirme önerileri sunmak ve geri bildirimde bulunmak Faturalama süreçleri sonrasında müşteri hesap bakiyelerini kontrol etmek ve doğrulamak Tutkulu müşteri odaklılık yaklaşımı doğrultusunda, müşterilere hızlı ve zamanında geri dönüş sağlamak Bölgenin performans hedeflerine ulaşmasına katkı sağlamak amacıyla bireysel hedeflere tam uyum göstermek Sözleşmelerin, ödeme bilgilerinin ve gerekli tüm belgelerin; vergi, tescil ve arşiv süreçleri için merkez ofise zamanında iletilmesini sağlamak Nitelikler Üniversitelerin ilgili ön lisans veya lisans bölümlerinden mezun Benzer pozisyonda 2 yıl deneyimli Dinamik bir organizasyonda çalışabilme becerisine sahip Analitik düşünme ve süreç takibi konusunda güçlü Güçlü iletişim, koordinasyon ve müşteri odaklılık becerilerine sahip Microsoft Office programlarını iyi derecede kullanabilen Ek Faydalar Brüt maaş, yemek, ulaşım, sosyal yardım, özel sağlık sigortası 7/24 Çalışan Destek Programı ile çalışan desteği İşe giriş itibariyle 2.yılında çalışan burs programına başvuru hakkı Yenilikçi fikirleri teşvik eden ve başarımızın anahtarı olan yeteneğimizi takdir eden bir kültür ortamı Bize katılmak ve geleceğinizi inşa etmek için bugün başvurun!
