This role involves coordinating with various teams, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring customer satisfaction. ### Key Responsibilities- Project Management Lead and manage modernization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met. ### Team Coordination - Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Raising local material requisition- Site Survey and report -Quality Assurance: Ensure all modernization activities adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements. ### Safety Compliance - Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. ### Reporting - Regular updating of project status to senior management. ### Problem Solving - Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. ### Customer Interaction - Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction. ### Training and Development - Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. ### Qualifications- Education Bachelor's / Equivalent certification, Project Management, or a related field. ### Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in modernization or construction projects. ### Skills - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. ### Working Conditions- environment On-site work environments. ### Travel - Regular Travel required to Project sites.
