Replace manual processes with scalable, AI-driven solutions, deliver accurate and user-friendly dashboards, and uncover insights that drive sales performance and operational efficiency. ### ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Create and maintain Professional Sales reporting through software solutions (Domo/Salesforce) - Analyze weekly sales call data to uncover trends Use AI tools to identify patterns in data Data validation - Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for Professional Sales - Collect data for monthly Professional Sales newsletter - Maintain existing reporting - Support manual data entry tasks - Assist with administrative tasks within the department as necessary All other duties as assigned SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Required: 2 year or 4 year degree, preferably in Business, CIS, Computer Science, Economics or Mathematics. Strong analytical skills. Complex query statement construction experience (SQL/MySQL). Acute attention to detail prior experience working with relational databases, large datasets, and ETL processes. Experience transforming data into usable information for non-technical consumers. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills. Able to provide a high level of customer service inside and outside the team. Proficient with Excel, Access, and Word. Flexible and adaptable to new direction as business problems change. ### Desired DOMO or other Bi Tools experience Excellent verbal/writing skills. Self-motivated Ability to work with limited supervision. Collaboration and creativity, Commitment to participate in additional training. Experience in Automotive Retail or Service Industries.
