The TPM will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI. This role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems through process improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement in systems/tools. Initial focus will be on driving programs and improvement related to rack ingestion, capacity delivery, and on-time performance. The role is highly visible and will be required to effectively communicate status at an executive level. ## Responsibilities ### Basic Qualifications 6+ years relevant work experience in program/project management Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain or relevant Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations High ownership with a strong bias for action ### Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products Understanding of datacenter operations, networking, server rack ingestion/installation, supply chain, and/or capacity delivery is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors Flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail - Ability to think broadly and strategically Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment - Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly Specific responsibilities for this role include: Drive critical cross-org programs, process, and product initiatives - Work across various organizations to determine feasibility and timelines - Understand critical path to scale and write proposals for strategic scaling initiatives - Organize cross-org activities ensuring completion of initiatives on schedule - Mentor junior program managers #LI-KR4 ## Qualifications ### Disclaimer Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week.
