## Job description

Join Oracle Health’s HDI Consulting team to help healthcare organizations implement and improve Population Intelligence, Clinical Intelligence, and Quality Management solutions. Translate requirements into documented workflow recommendations, configuration needs, and delivery activities; explain dependencies and tradeoffs. Own assigned implementation or uplift workstreams, maintaining clear deliverables, decisions, status, and follow-up actions. Plan and perform functional and data validation, support user acceptance testing, and investigate discrepancies with technical teams.

Apply population health and quality-reporting knowledge to delivery work, seeking specialist input when requirements need clarification. Identify risks and blockers early, recommend practical next steps, and escalate issues with supporting evidence and customer impact. Develop and deliver customer training, assess readiness, and support go-live and adoption. Coordinate customer feedback with Product and technical teams, and improve reusable documentation and delivery practices.
