Our mission is to create human-centered healthcare experiences powered by connected, global data. Our Solution Engineers combine deep industry knowledge with specialist technology expertise. Partnering closely with Sales, they work with customers to understand their priorities, shape innovative solution roadmaps, and demonstrate measurable business value. Success in this role means building trusted customer relationships, supporting the growth of a strong pipeline, shaping compelling solution strategies, and helping to win complex transformation opportunities. This role is based in the Nordics and supports customers across Europe, with wider collaboration as required. Travel across the region will be required. This is a hybrid role, combining customer-facing engagement, collaboration with regional teams, and office-based work. This Solution Engineer role focuses on Oracle Fusion Applications, including ERP/EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX. ## Responsibilities WHAT WILL YOU DO? Support and drive complex opportunities as Lead Solution Engineer and being supported by domain experts depending on your in-depth knowledge. Use Health & Life Sciences expertise to recommend relevant, innovative solutions that help customers achieve their desired outcomes. Ensure customers’ key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed. Present and articulate the value of Oracle Saas ERPM/SCM/HCM/CX solutions to a range of internal and external stakeholders. Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor by sharing current and emerging product capabilities through workshops, customer engagements, and Health & Life Sciences events. Drive the strategic growth of Fusion Healthcare & Life Sciences Applications through active contribution to the Solution Engineering community. Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to articulate business value. Proactively overcome obstacles to help customers achieve their desired outcomes. Continually develop your skills and knowledge across Oracle SaaS ERP/EPM/SCM/HCM/CX. Stay current with modern demonstration techniques. Understand the competitive landscape and confidently address objections. WHAT ### SKILLS DO YOU NEED? Ability to translate complex customer needs into clear, value-led business solutions. ### Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 10 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role. Experience supporting enterprise back-office transformation programs ideally within Healthcare and/or Life Sciences customers. Advanced, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERPM Finance and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, or comparable Finance/SCM/HCM cloud solutions from another enterprise technology provider. Ability to lead a multi-pillar solution (ERP & EPM & SCM, or ERP & EPM & HCM or ERP & EPM & SCM & CX). Hands-on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications, or comparable embedded AI capabilities in other enterprise SaaS platforms. Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise cloud application platforms. Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Finance Applications, or comparable enterprise applications, with Healthcare EHR and/or Life Sciences solutions. Fluency in English and European language(s) is essential, German language skills would be advantageous Knowledge of sales methodologies and the associated processes and disciplines. Ability to apply technology to drive innovation; experience with design thinking and customer journey mapping is an advantage. Knowledge and experience in Health Insurance industry is advantageous.
