As a Capacity Planning Analyst, you will have the opportunity to lead the Global Supply chain planning and execution for onsemi ’s areas that are key to onsemi ’s success. You’ll be a member of a highly innovative and collaborative global team that operates at a fast pace to solve customers’ problems and build a better future. If you want an opportunity to identify complex problems to solve, develop sophisticated solutions, implement them with management support, grow in your career, and work in a culture built on respect, performance, initiative, and fun – this is the right place for you! ## Responsibilities Performance Objectives Collaborate with New product development/ technology development and factories to understand capacity and tool roadmap. Work with factories to understand specs, create a database of key parameters and increase reusability of tools. Work on creating a master tool list, CEIDs and based on roadmap drive decisions to scrap or keep tools.
