In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the corporate strategy and implementing industry events, trade shows, and campaigns that enable demand creation, customer engagement, provide memorable and value-added event experiences, you will be responsible for driving demand creation with distribution partners by deploying all-encompassing digital marketing campaigns in support of the company’s corporate and channel strategies. This role is focused on digital, campaign, and content marketing via channel partners across the globe. The onsemi Events and Campaigns Specialist will also be responsible to help rollout strategic internal events such as the annual onsemi Leadership Summit, as well as the Analyst Day that will take place every other financial year. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Corporate Pricing Analyst to join our Asia Pacific (APAC) team. This role is critical in driving profitable growth by developing, implementing, and maintaining pricing strategies across the region. You will act as the bridge between Customers, Finance, Sales, and Business Unit, ensuring our pricing decisions are data-driven, competitive, and aligned with business objectives. ## Responsibilities Pricing Strategy & Analysis Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to form optimal pricing strategies recommendations. Conduct price elasticity analysis and scenario modeling to forecast the impact of pricing changes on revenue and margin. Quote & Deal & Pricing Support Review and approve the pricing requests, discounts, and quotes from Customers or Sales team to ensure compliance with pricing policies and margin targets. Support annual price planning and negotiations with Customers and stakeholders. Partner with Sales and Business Unit to develop promotional pricing strategies for winning the business and evaluate their effectiveness. Execute Corporate pricing related initiatives. Commercial Excellence Monitor pricing compliance and identify leakage or discounting abuse; recommend corrective actions. Prepare regular pricing related reports and updates (Performance analysis, margin analysis, price impact analysis etc) for leaders or stakeholders. Process & System Improvement Identify opportunities to automate and standardize pricing processes across APAC Japan customers. Develop and maintain pricing tools, models to streamline the quote-to-cash process. Collaborate with IT and regional teams on system enhancements ## Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Operation Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. ### Experience >5 years of experience in pricing analysis, commercial finance, sales operations, or a similar analytical role. Experience in B2B, manufacturing, or technology sectors is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; able to influence without authority. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
