Structured programs such as rotational field sales and finance analyst tracks offer additional career pathways for interns transitioning into full-time roles. ## Responsibilities We are seeking highly motivated Engineering Students to join our 300mm Technology Development team in East Fishkill, NY as a summer 2027 intern. These Teams are critical to our ability to introduce new technology for ramp to volume manufacturing. ### Key Duties and Responsibilities The successful intern will be part of CMOS Image Sensor, 65nm CMOS BCD integration, or Advanced Packaging development teams. Internship Project may include: Develop new processes or control plans. Evaluate and qualify new materials, processes, and equipment. Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to improve yield and device performance. Individual must be able to multi-task as an individual and in team environments. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written (English). Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. ## Qualifications ### Qualifications – External Requirements Successful internship candidates are headed into Junior or Senior year of their Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related degree. ### Preferred Qualifications Proficient with lab equipment (oscilloscope, voltage / current probes, power supplies, various mechanical tools). onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $26.00 -$44.00 per hour exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
