Structured programs such as rotational field sales and finance analyst tracks offer additional career pathways for interns transitioning into full-time roles. ## Responsibilities Support sourcing managers in managing external manufacturing suppliers and strategic sourcing initiatives. Coordinate and track RFQ activities, including supplier communications, quotation collection, cost comparisons, and data analysis. Assist in preparing supplier evaluation and sourcing recommendation packages. Maintain supplier databases, pricing records, contracts, and sourcing documentation. Analyze supplier quotes, cost structures, lead times, and capacity information. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to support sourcing projects. Support supplier onboarding, performance tracking, and continuous improvement activities. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for sourcing and business reviews. Participate in supplier meetings and document action items and follow-up activities. Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify supply chain opportunities and risks. ## Qualifications ### Qualifications – External Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or manufacturing processes is preferred. Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
