## Job description

### Job Purpose

Responsible for sustaining test engineering activities of PSG (Power Solution Group)

### Duties and Responsibilities

Work together with Product Engineering team and manufacturing test engineering team on PSG sustaining test engineering activities Develop test coverage and quality matrix to ensure no test escapees and best quality of test screening for customer. Lead a team of engineers for all sustaining test activities in mass production including yield, quality or cost improvement. Champion of tester platform roadmap for PSG Manage test system enhancement to achieve best Cost of Test (COT) for PSG Support test related customer activities including develop new test screening and special new test for customer.

## Qualifications

### Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Physics. Good oral and written English language. At least 8-10 years hands-on experience in semiconductor test and/or product engineering. Experienced in high power semiconductor is preferred. Strong knowledge on power semiconductors such as GaN, Driver GaN, IGBT, SiC MOSFET, Rectifiers and gate drivers. Experienced in ETS high power test platforms or equivalent platform in multi-site environment is a plus.

Hands-on experience with bench test equipment such as power supply, oscilloscope, function generator and curve tracer for the purpose of debugging Experience in dynamic testing of power semiconductors is an added advantage Good programming skills in Visual C++. Computer literacy in MS Office, Power Point, Excel and Word. Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different locations.

Project management skills. Results/goal oriented.
