## Job description

### Responsibility
- Drive the development of reference solutions and proof-of-concepts for innovative UWB radar use cases (e.g., parking assistance, seat belt reminder, occupant monitoring, and beyond)
- Design, implement, and validate advanced radar algorithms, simulations, and prototypes for next-generation UWB applications
- Work closely with system architects and product engineers to provide high-quality technical support, while driving the definition and realization of new automotive UWB use cases
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, FAE, and Product Engineering teams to support new product introductions and accelerate market adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, collecting requirements and identifying opportunities in Automotive and Industrial UWB applications
- Develop and deliver technical documentation, system-level support materials, and training content, contributing to knowledge sharing and customer enablement Requirements: Master’s or PhD degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, with a strong expertise in radar engineering, signal processing and machine learning
- Proficient in programming languages including C/C++, Python, and MATLAB, with hands-on experience in RTOS system and algorithm development
- Solid understanding of signal processing and communication systems, including modulation schemes, angle of arrival estimation, and beamforming techniques.
- Solid background in connectivity, RF, mm Wave Radar or UWB or similar wireless technologies
- Knowledge of semiconductor and Automotive markets is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, system thinking, and problem-solving mindset
- Proven ability to structure complex problem-solving processes
