## Job description

### Responsibilities

Prompt response/service to customers. Manage or coordinate customer communication for customer complaints FA status and 8D reports. Lead and cooperate with customer for non-NXP cause complaints reduction. Field failure verification for customer complaints.

### Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in engineering. Excellent communication skill and strong analytical and problem solving skill Good at English (spoken and written) Strong PC skill especially on datamining.

### Independent working behavior Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Automotive Semiconductors and failure analysis knowledge Familiar with 8D, 5 why, FTA, TS, VDA, FMEA, Control plan More information about NXP in Greater China... #LI-dc07
