You'll work alongside our sales management teams to keep advertised information current, compliant, and customer friendly. ### Who You Are A good communicator who thrives on coaching and solving problems Relentlessly curious about why marketing works…and why it doesn’t Passionate about digital marketing, sales process and customer experience An analytical mind who is also an effective data storyteller What You’re Looking For A new platform, an opportunity to grow your impact, analyze data and drive the business. ### What You’ll Do Make an impact: As a member of the NVR & Ryan Homes Marketing Team, you will impact the customer and employee experience with meaningful analysis and marketing & conversion recommendations that support achieving sales goals. ### Grow In this role, you will learn how to analyze and influence marketing performance issues at macro and micro-levels. ### Drive change With a focus on community-level sales results you will identify trends, provide feedback and make recommendations for improvements, tools and content. ### Direct Management You will supervise a team of Marketing professionals.
