This teammate serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing the order lifecycle from quotes through shipment and invoicing while coordinating closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely execution. The ISR is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities to grow volume and margin, and supporting profitable market share growth in alignment with division goals. This role also supports forecasting and demand planning efforts and assists with developing new customer relationships. Travel may be required periodically to visit customers or other Nucor locations to support business needs.
