Responsibilities will include developing the Nucor culture where Safety is a value that is continually demonstrated. Other responsibilities will include selecting, teaching, and training a team in all aspects of steel production while working closely with peers within the leadership team to develop consistent guidelines for the Nucor Marion team. The qualified candidate must be willing to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
