Being an active participant in developing teammates according to The Nucor Way. Leading and managing the weekly and monthly production planning cycles to meet customer OTD. Collaborate effectively with operations, maintenance, commercial, project management, procurement and other teams at the headquarter office to establish and maintain backlog capacities. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards always. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, etc. for manufacturing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent. ### Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft D365. Previous Greenfield experience. Steel industry experience College education or certification(s).
