The responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include but are not limited to: being a positive member of the leadership team at NTS Crawfordsville, being an active participant developing teammates within our culture as well as overseeing training. This position is also responsible for communicating information across departments and teammates as it relates to safety, quality and production. This position reports to the NTSIN Operations Manager. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. ### Minimum Qualifications High school diploma/GED Must have at least 6 months of leadership experience Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Commitment to safety, actively involved in their division’s safety initiatives.
