Visit our Institutional Page [https://www.nu.com/2026-en](https://www.nu.com/2026-en) About the role We are seeking a Senior Researcher to influence strategic product and experience decisions through insightful research. ### Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative research to inform product and design decisions. - Proactively identify research opportunities autonomously based on product strategy and business goals, ensuring insights align with key company priorities. - Work closely with cross-functional teams/peers — Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Analysts (BAs) — to influence product strategy, business decisions, and design directions, as well as define the Research Roadmap. - Facilitate workshops to identify issues and guide stakeholders towards solutions. - Present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable feedback to enhance collaboration. - Foster a collaborative environment, integrating diverse functions into decision-making and participating in interdisciplinary initiatives.
