As a Lead Software Engineer, you will serve as a technical authority across entire business domains, shaping company-wide engineering strategy and driving the architectural evolution of large-scale distributed systems that power our core platform for tens of millions of customers. YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ### Architectural Leadership - Defining long-term technical vision and architecture roadmaps across business area, balancing immediate business goals with long-term system sustainability. ### Strategic Alignment - Partnering with Leaders to translate team business strategy into scalable engineering systems and technical bets. ### Engineering Excellence - Setting and raising the technical bar for the entire engineering organization through systemic improvements, architectural reviews, and best-practice frameworks. ### High-Impact Execution - Hands-on leadership in designing, prototyping, and executing on the most complex, high-risk, or foundational systems in the company. ### Mentorship & Talent Growth - Mentoring engineers ### Cross-Organizational Resilience - Establishing team practices for observability, failure domain isolation, disaster recovery, and incident resolution for critical systems ### WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS ### Extensive Experience - 8+ years of experience engineering complex digital products ### Domain-Scale Expertise - Mastery of distributed systems design, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and failure-mode analysis in systems handling high concurrency and millions of active users. ### Cross-Team Influence - Demonstrated history of steering large-scale technical initiatives, aligning competing priorities across multiple engineering teams. ### Leadership & Sponsorship - Experience mentoring engineers ### Business Acumen & Communication - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs, risk profiles, and architectural decisions ### Language Proficiency - Advanced English skills (both written and spoken) WORK SETUP Location Buenos Aires, Argentina Argentina · Avenida del Libertador General San Martín 1000 – Vicente López Hybrid OUR ### BENEFITS Our benefits are designed to support your wellbeing, development, and life outside of work.
