Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. ### Role Summary As a Mid-Level Functional Consultant at NTT DATA, you will drive key functional workstreams on client projects, focusing on banking data governance, data quality framework implementation, and business requirement definition. Working alongside Senior Leads and technical squads, you will independently manage stakeholder interviews, define business data rules, map functional data flows, and structure business glossaries. ​ Key Responsibilities - Business Analysis & Workshop Execution Co-facilitate client workshops, conduct discovery sessions, document business requirements, FSDs, user stories, and operational processes. Translate business needs into actionable data governance deliverables. ​ Business Glossary & Data Quality Frameworks Compile and catalog business glossaries, metadata definitions, and taxonomies. Define data quality rules, thresholds, exception handling protocols, and document functional data lineage. Functional Delivery & Engineering Alignment Translate requirements into acceptance criteria, design UAT scenarios, manage testing cycles, maintain traceability matrices, and support scope change control. ### Core Competencies & Skills Banking Domain Knowledge, Requirements Engineering, Data Governance Concepts, and Stakeholder Facilitation. ### Qualifications 5-8 years experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst in financial services.
