## Job description

HCP Engagement Strategy Manager MKT, CE&E, Customer Experience (CX)

### Role Purpose

Lead Novo Nordisk China’s HCP engagement strategy and ACE (next-gen CRM) business adoption, translating customer insights into clear engagement priorities, customer journeys and cross-functional execution plans.

### Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve the affiliate HCP engagement strategy, principles and planning framework. Act as ACE business lead, clarifying business requirements, adoption priorities, operating model and value measures. Design customer journey frameworks across key HCP segments and embed them into brand engagement planning. Translate HCP insights, market trends and engagement data into actionable recommendations. Drive annual planning, governance, cross-functional alignment and execution excellence across functions.

Success Measures ACE adoption and business value realization. Quality and consistency of HCP engagement strategy across business units. Adoption of customer journey framework and improvement in engagement quality. Stakeholder alignment and leadership confidence.

### Qualifications

8+ years in HCP/customer engagement, omnichannel marketing, commercial excellence, digital transformation or consulting. Pharmaceutical industry experience required; brand team or field force experience preferred. Strong strategic thinking, customer centricity, stakeholder influence, storytelling and change management skills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
