## Job description

Key responsibilities Lead and drive key strategic initiatives to support the CA business. Lead integration of market, competition, customer and patient insights for strategy development and key decision analytics. Provide forward-looking and actionable forecasts to support strategic planning and business growth. As BU business partner, independently develop, synthesize, and communicate market and sales insights to enable data-driven decision-making.

Work closely with BU and cross-functional leaders as a trusted thought partner, providing decision analysis and strategic insights to support business decision-making. Design and execute high impact primary and secondary market research with innovative methodologies and tools. Implement ground-breaking technologies (e.g. AI) and champion insights excellence with new capabilities including forward-looking market segmentation and consumer-centric capabilities.

Provide strategic vendor and compliance oversight, ensuring high-quality delivery and partnership excellence.

### Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales analysis, with strong expertise in data management and forecasting. Must have excellent communication skills Must be energetic, intelligent, reliable, analytical, and friendly. A Master’s degree is preferred, ideally in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
