## Job description

About the position Maintain the integrated activation calendar and weekly delivery tracker.
- Schedule project meetings, record decisions and follow up actions.
- Coordinate briefs, approvals, contracts, purchase orders and vendor documents.
- Check asset readiness and support publishing, platform and event execution.
- Maintain budget, invoice, material and compliance records.
- Raise delivery risks early and follow issues through to resolution.
- Update templates and standard operating processes based on lessons learned. The requriments
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Relevant postgraduate or professional qualification is an advantage.
- 3-5 years in marketing operations, project coordination or agency management.
- Experience managing multiple timelines, vendors and approval processes.
- Digital, social or event operation experience is preferred.
