This role is responsible for independently driving patient activation programs, cross-functional coordination and agency collaboration to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of integrated marketing initiatives. - Integrated Marketing & Patient Activation - Translate Diabetes brand strategies and business priorities into patient-facing integrated marketing and activation plans. - Develop patient engagement approaches and campaign concepts based on patient insights and channel opportunities. - Lead the planning and execution of assigned patient activation initiatives across relevant touchpoints. - Cross-functional Coordination - Drive day-to-day collaboration with Brand Teams, Social Media, E-commerce, Medical, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs, Procurement and other relevant functions. - Facilitate alignment and approvals to ensure effective and compliant execution of patient-facing initiatives. - Agency Management - Independently manage creative, digital, and media agencies. - Develop clear agency briefs, provide strategic and creative feedback, and ensure quality and timely delivery. - Content & Campaign Execution - Coordinate the development, adaptation and approval of patient-facing content and marketing assets across channels. - Ensure consistency of key messages and patient experience across digital and other relevant touchpoints. - Ensure all activities comply with internal processes and applicable regulatory requirements. - Performance Tracking & Optimization - Track and consolidate campaign KPIs, patient engagement metrics and relevant digital performance indicators. - Capture campaign learnings and patient insights and recommend opportunities for continuous optimization. Qualifications l Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Communications, Public Health, Pharmacy, Marketing or a related field; l 3–5 years of experience in marketing, integrated marketing, project management, or agency account management. l Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders. l Experience working with creative, social, media or PR agencies.
