As the Associate Director, APD AI Platform – AI/GenAI Solution Delivery Lead, you will work at the intersection of business, data science, engineering, and technology, driving enterprise-scale AI initiatives from concept to adoption while partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable value across the organization. ## Responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions from strategy through adoption.Drive release planning, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement of AI products and platforms.Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize high-value AI use cases and delivery roadmaps.Define clear functional and non-functional requirements aligned to business objectives and outcomes.Ensure data readiness, governance, quality, accessibility, and operational scalability for AI solutions.Collaborate with data science, engineering, cloud, and operations teams to optimize model performance.Establish responsible Artificial Intelligence practices, security controls, compliance standards, and risk management processes.Manage program budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and vendor relationships across initiatives.Provide executive-level communication, status updates, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.Mentor cross-functional teams and foster excellence in AI solution delivery and operational execution.Essential Requirements10+ years technology solution delivery experienceAI/GenAI and enterprise platform deliveryProgram and stakeholder managementAzure, Jira, Azure DevOps experienceEnterprise governance and compliance understandingCross-functional leadership capabilitiesCommitment to Diversity and Inclusion: Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams' representative of the patients and communities we serve.
