Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst - Level 2, to join our Integrated Space Mission Segment team in Dulles, VA. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. Join the Space revolution and make the impossible, possible. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. The selected candidate will assist in the proposal efforts from receipt of Request for Proposal (RFP) through contract award. You will be a key member of sole source, competitive sector or corporate priority win teams and will act as a key developer of winning bids. You will help summarize and present detailed proposal information in internal management reviews and customer fact-finding meetings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Comprehensive review of all elements of cost including direct labor, material, Other Direct Cost and indirect costs to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Northrop Grumman procedures. Establish fair and reasonable cost analysis positions and negotiation ranges - including completion of supplier proposal compliance review. Develops, plans and schedules proposals. Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications. Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments. Researches and analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts. Coordinates activities and participates in fact-finding meetings. Participates as a member of the contract negotiating team. The successful candidate will lead/support proposal activities of diverse and inclusive teams with high levels of engagement and collaboration with other team members. This role will be a key member of large competitive or corporate priority win teams and will act as a key evaluator and developer of winning bids. For more information on our Total Rewards package, please visit our Total Rewards site. ### Northrop Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range $75,800.00 - $113,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
