Work with partners to gather requirements, prototyping, architecting, implementing/ updating solutions, building and executing test plans, performing quality reviews, managing operations, and training and fixing operational issues. Uses specific knowledge of a discipline to achieve goals through own work. Has specific knowledge or expertise typically gained through formal education or equivalent experience. Uses expertise to provide guidance to others as a project manager or consultant. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines. Solves complex problems. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Major Duties: - Solves complex problems - Takes a new perspective on existing solutions - Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information - Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams ### Works within broad guidelines and policies Knowledge - Applies best practices and how own area integrates with others - Is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market - Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus Experience: - 10-12 years of relevant experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Azure, Python - Exposure in cloud architecture will be advantageous - May lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements Working with Us As a Northern Trust partner, you will be part of a flexible and collaborative work culture, which has a strong history of financial strength and stability.
