### Leading Hand Service Crew Position Details

Job Title: Operator

### Service Crew - LH Location
- Fimiston, Mount Charlotte, Kanowna Belle, South Kalgoorlie, Porphyry, Ramone, Griffin & Wonder Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

### Kalgoorlie residential or FIFO ex Perth Roster

### Key Responsibilities

As a Service Crew Leading Hand, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our underground operations running smoothly.

Your day-to-day will include: Leading and mentoring your team to complete service crew tasks safely and efficiently. Installing, maintaining, and repairing underground services (air, water, pump lines, ventilation bags, secondary fans, cables, pumps, explosive areas, and more). Operating Integrated Tool Carriers to transport equipment and materials underground. Conducting inspections, pre-start checks and ensuring work areas meet safety standards.

Installing grout, plates, and tensioning cable bolts. Training new crew members to build a strong and capable team.

### Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ underground service crew experience. Competency in operating Integrated Tool Carriers. Manual C Class driver’s licence (unencumbered). Working at Heights Certificate.

### Desirable
