## Job description

What we offer you Medical, Rx, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance Retirement Savings Plan Education Assistance Bonus Plan Eligibility Parental Leave Starting Rate of pay: $21.39/hour Shifts Available and Hours: New employees will be assigned shifts based on the production shifts outlined below: Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Overnight shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Shift Premium: $0.65/hour extra for the night shift $0.50/hour extra for the afternoon shift What you will be doing
- Pack aluminum profile and prepare them for shipment
- Operate industrial extrusion or packaging machines (training provided).
- Check order details to ensure the correct number of pieces with the required dimensions are delivered Always comply with health, safety and environmental regulations
- Inspect materials to ensure quality control
- Perform other related duties as assigned What will make you successful?

### Required Education/Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or function Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

### Preferred Skills/Qualifications

Flexibility to work on any of the 3 production shifts outlined above Comfortable using hand tools and measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, square, saw, etc.)
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
