Hours are between 15-20 hours generally. However, more than 30 hours are needed at times. Hours are generally flexible. Scanning/Copying/Organizing files Mailing Filing and other ad hoc projects involving using Excel, Word, Adobe Reconciling/tracking federal and state tax notices Preparing journal entries and other tax forms/workpapers Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required: College graduate majoring in accounting/tax.
