The team is responsible for building solutions using AI/ML technologies to cater to various use cases for Japan Retail business. ### Role & Responsibilities Architect robust, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements Carryout agile development on Python based applications. Participate in POC to explore & leverage AI/ML technology Participate in code reviews, unit testing and contribute to the overall development process. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team on best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot production issues as needed, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, from solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support Mandatory Skill Set: Proficiency in Python. Relational databases front-end technologies and UI development containerization technologies Desired Skill Set: AI /ML frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI React Docker, podman CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab) We are committed to providing equal opportunities throughout employment including in the recruitment, training and development of employees.
