Through its global network and expertise, Nomura's Investment Banking department is well-positioned to continue driving growth and delivering value to clients in the financial industry. ### Responsibilities Drive and assist in the origination and execution of investment banking deals; Organize and prepare marketing materials and other presentations; Assist in transaction execution including due diligence, transaction documentation, process management, etc.; Lead on valuation including development of financial models, financial statement analysis and comparable company analysis; Support client relationship management. ### Requirements Minimum of 1 year of Investment Banking experience. - Minimum - 1 year of track record in M&A transactions within Hong Kong & China; Minimum - 1 year of M&A deal experience within at least one of the following sectors: consumer, power and infrastructure, technology or financial services.
