### Program Overview

Nomura Powai is pleased to launch “RE-IGNITE 6.0 - Transforming Careers for Women” program. The objective of this program is to attract, evaluate and provide opportunities to a talented pool of female professionals, who are currently on a career break and are aspiring to get back to the corporate world. The program offerings include a 3months’ assignment to a select pool of experienced women professionals. The program will culminate with the final project presentations and a possible offer of staff roles basis fitment and availability.

### Guidelines

Relevant experience of 5 years Minimum career break of 2 years You may apply for Technology or Non Technology roles for below mentioned Divisions: Operations Finance Global Markets International Wealth Management Investment Banking Wholesale Strategy Compliance Human Resources Information Technology Fintech Change Management Team Internal Audit Legal Risk Management Group Data Office The firm is an equal opportunity employer.
