Collaborating closely with engineers and fellow technicians, you will contribute to continuous improvements in manufacturing yields and throughput in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Your keen attention to detail and fine motor skills will be essential as you tackle complex tasks and adapt to evolving demands. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously while fostering open communication within the team. Join us in shaping the future of telecommunications! ## Responsibilities Assemble and test advanced Opto-Electronic products with precision and attention to detail. Adapt to dynamic tasks and evolving requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Collaborate effectively with management, engineering, and peers to enhance manufacturing yields and throughput. Demonstrate fine motor skills and a meticulous approach to complex product assembly. Utilize MS Windows and MS Office software for documentation and report generation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency. Be proactive in learning new technologies and processes relevant to the role.
