Manage and support network environments using Nokia SR Linux (SRL), including configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Assist in reproducing customer issues in the lab and documenting test results. Perform basic configuration tasks on routers and switches under supervision. Identify opportunities for automation and develop solutions. Help prepare presentations or summaries based on findings from lab tests or customer cases.
